Louis has 20 years in the Information Technology field. For 13 years he worked on Research and Development of Air Traffic Control systems for the Federal Aviation Administration. He was also a Project Lead on multiple special projects, and Technical Liaison for his division. He worked directly with the Division Managers, Branch Managers, and Administrators of the FAA and US Department of Transportation.
In 2001, Louis accepted a position at Computer Sciences Corporation as a sub-contractor and continued his R&D work writing and delivering technical training courses (in a formal classroom setting) and reference manuals for Air Traffic Controllers and the maintenance technicians that keep the ATC systems functional.
In 2003 Louis decided to go full time with KNR IT Solutions along with his wife Robin.
Nicholas Bonaventura

Nicholas has several years of experience developing software and scripts that are used both online and offline by quite a few of our clients and ourselves internally.
Nick is the recipient of several 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards from competitions in both programming and graphic design.
Nick currently majors in Mathematics at college with a minor in Computer Science. Nick “knows his stuff” and is definitely the person you want designing, writing, and deploying your software for you! He has been on the Dean’s List the first 3 semesters at college!
Robin Bonaventura
Senior Research Analyst
Robin has several years of Customer Service and Research experience. She performs all of the mundane background work that nobody else ever wants to do and for that we give her a lot of credit!
