In her current role as Online Marketing Manager at RADIUS, a corporate travel management company providing global travel solutions, Julie is developing and implementing a complete online marketing strategy for the company.
Previously Social Media Strategist at Amplify Public Affairs in Washington, DC, Julie advised a variety of clients in the healthcare, environmental, faith-based and humanitarian industries on successfully creating and leveraging their online presence through both social media and traditional efforts to raise brand awareness, maximize recruitment efforts, strengthen constituent relationships, and cultivate online communities around their core mission.
Prior to Amplify, Julie made significant contributions as part of the marketing teams at a variety of companies in the Boston area including Imprivata, Inc., L-3 Communications Security and Detection Systems, TradeStone Software, Inc., and Optiant, Inc.
Several promotional materials Julie created during her time at Optiant won Honors in the League of American Communications Professionals (LACP) 2004 Spotlight Awards.
An alumna of the University of Maryland, Julie earned Bachelors degrees in both International Business and Marketing as well as a minor in French Studies.
