Rapid7, a Boston-based security software provider, is looking for a Business Operations Analyst. This person will be responsible for maintaining and analyzing sales/marketing data to support both strategy and execution in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment. Day-to-day responsibilities will include: management of CRM and marketing databases; improving data collection and structure to improve business results; and structuring queries to gain insight into sales and marketing effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical skills, communication skills and business judgment. Suggested work experience is 2-4 years as a database administrator or analyst, as well as a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or business/marketing. Proficiency in SQL, Excel and CRM tools (such as NetSuite or Salesforce.com) are required. Experience with marketing automation tools (such as VTrenz or Eloqua), and proficiency in Javascript are all strong pluses.
