Help with Effective Homepage

 I'm hoping someone might offer some critiques of the homepage for a new site we've built in the Hubspot CMS:

1. Video: yes or no? We can easily change these out on a regular basis. We would pay for an upgraded animoto license to strip out their branding.

2. Calls to action - are there enough? We have the free passport offer on the left, and the three buttons at the bottom to drive them into our site. (Not crazy about the colored buttons, looking at using small photos instead)
