HubSpot Small Business - aka HubSpot Owner question

I have a client interested in HubSpot Small Business. I've participated in the partnership program webinars and can not recall anyone talking about HubSpot hosted websites. As I review the product details, about to set them up with a trial, I discovered that the Marketing Analytics portion is only available to HubSpot hosted websites.

How much is HubSpot hosting? The only reference I see to hosting is $10 per imported page - is this accurate? Is that a monthly fee, or a one-time fee? Does anyone know?

thanks
